Let’s talk beauty!
Every month I round up my favorite beauty finds and products that I have been previously using and loving! These are my holy grail beauty products for June!
Lancome Primer Stick [& foundation] | Oh my goodness. Y’all, this is next level! Last month I tried the Lancome Foundation Stick and I have been obsessed with it ever since. The foundation is SO long-wearing and has the most gorgeous finish. When I saw the primer stick I knew I had to give it a try and it’s didn’t disappoint! If you have combination/oily skin this primer/foundation duo will be your BFF. It’s so good I just repurchased the foundation! One of my holy grail products now!
Body Blur | I love the idea of this but wasn’t sure if it would be functional. My main concern was product transfer to clothing, etc., and was shocked when it didn’t transfer! I used this on my legs, arms and chest while in Cabo and it’s so good! It gives you the best-bronzed glow and is perfect to add if you need a tan or want to bring your tan up a notch. I little goes a long way so I think the bottle will last forever! I have color Latte!
Nutricutals Scrub | This scrub is so great and leaves your skin looking fresh and bright! Great price point and good for sensitive skin.
Tula Vitamin C Serum | I just repurchased this so we know it’s good! Vitamin C serums tend to be costly but this one is amazing and doesn’t break the bank! The bottle lasted me about 6 months [a little goes a long way] and I love the packaging!
Amika Hydratying Dry Shampoo | As we know, I only wash my hair about 1x a week so I am always on the hunt for next-level dry shampoo! The concept of this one intrigued me but I was nervous to give it a try! It comes out as a mousse [a tiny tiny bit goes a long way, trust me!], and once rubbed into your scalp, it melts in and smells amazing! Amika products always smell so dreamy! I have tried spray and powder dry shampoo and I think the mousse might be my favorite!
Amazon Eyeshadow Shields | I’m not a beauty expert so these seemed ‘extra’ but then again, why shouldn’t we be ‘extra’? I only do a dramatic eye when I have an event or special occasion so I wasn’t sure if I would use these much but I have been using them for my everyday makeup and oh my! The amount of fallout from simple everyday shadow is no joke. I use these every time I use any shadow because that fallout is sneaky! Highly recommend purchasing and keeping it in your makeup bag!
Amazon Fan | I’ve had this fan for three-plus years but haven’t ever shared it. I love using this to dry my serums/products while I’m doing my skincare [you should only layer your serums when the previous product is completely dry] because it helps speed up the process! I always travel with this because 1. No one likes to be hot on a plane & 2. It’s great for drying your skincare & setting spray while on the go [ideal for getting ready in the car- which I do a lot, lol]
Benefit Cookie Highlighter | I am partial to this Lancome highlighter and have worn it for years but some of my favorite bloggers swear by the Benefit highlighter so I decided to try it out! In my opinion, if pores are an issue for you, you will love the benefit powder because it’s extremely light and has the best glow! If you don’t struggle with pore size, I would 100% recommend this Lancome highlighter which is slightly ‘heavier and doesn’t help hide pore size [in my experience].
