What’s In My Bag This Fall!

What I can’t go without this Fall

Bag: This bag is the perfect tote! I feel like most totes have a very ‘uniform’ look to them so I like that this one is extremely functional while being stylish! Whether I’m carrying around my wallet, keys, and phone, or my laptop and whole life, this bag is great! Typically, I gravitate towards smaller bags because I am guilty of my bag turning into an overflowing black hole. When this bag isn’t full, you are able to fold in the sides, making it smaller and changing the look! There are great pockets inside that help with organization. I love anything personalized and appreciate the many options presented when personalizing on Barrington’s website.

Wallet: This style of wallet is life-changing (at least for me!). I love how the zipper goes all the way around and how there are so many card slots! I also love the zipper compartment for coins! I actually tend to use my coins when carrying this wallet. I love the personalization and that it matches the bag!

Lip Products: As the season’s change, so does my skincare! I am always fully stocked with lip products, especially during the cooler months (post Accutane girls feel me!). The Avene cold cream is great for treating dry lips and helps in preventing them from getting worse! The Laneige lip mask is hands down one of my all-time favorite lip products! I keep the full-size product in my nightstand using it every night before bed and the travel size in my bag! GAME CHANGER if you have dry lips or struggle in the winter. The Dior Lip Sugar Scrub is another product I cannot live without. This product is great for dry lips that need a little exfoliation. After using, your lips are silky smooth and have a nice color to them. During the warmer months, I prefer the Dior Lip Glow. It may seem excessive to have three lip products in your bag but each one does a different job! Not pictured is my lipstick/liner/gloss I have been using lately so maybe I am a bit excessive, lol!

Hand Cream: My hands struggle in the fall/winter so I always keep hand cream in my bag! I love the Gold Bond Intensive Repair but when I decide to splurge a little, I get the Fresh Seaberry Hand Cream. A few years ago, my Mom gave me a wide variety of products from Fresh and I fell in love with them! This hand cream smells like a spa and is so nourishing.

Sally Hansen Cuticle Rehab: If you have read my nail post, you know my cuticles are a force to reckon with, lol. They are no joke. I always have my cuticle rehab with me, especially when I tend to be drier! I love this product because unlike traditional cuticle oil, the cuticle rehab is not oily/messy.

POO-POURRI Hand Sanitizer: I love this hand sanitizer! The scent is coconut lavender but is very mild. These days, I appreciate a mild hand sanitizer. I am always caught off guard when I am out somewhere and use a random hand sanitizer. It is inevitably SO strong and definitely doesn’t match up with what should be in the bottle although I am grateful for any type of sanitizers these days!

Sunglasses: These are an Amazon find that I was so excited about as far as quality and price.  I tend to misplace and damage glasses easily, so when I find a pair I love at this price, I am here for it! I love the style of frame and the tortoise look!

Mask: Since face masks are our newest accessory, why not make it fashion? I love this Gucci inspired mask! I purchased it back in June and have not worn it yet because it is on the thick side and I live in Texas! I already sweat enough with thin masks on, so I decided this would be my go-to fall/winter mask!

Hair Ties: I am a sucker for any silk beauty product. If I think using a silk hair tie or pillowcase will be even 1% better for my hair/skin, I use it. I really have noticed a difference in my hair since using silk ties and have found that my skincare products are absorbed better during sleep when using a silk pillowcase. The hair ties in my bag are a ‘dupe’ for the Slip Hair Ties (I cannot say enough good things). The ‘dupe’ ties are not as nice as the Slip but are a fraction of the cost. When I first felt them, I was disappointed and was planning on returning them but tried them out for a few weeks and actually really liked them! They don’t feel as nice as the Slip and that really threw me off but I have continued to use them and am happy I kept them!

Phone Case: Like I said, I love anything personalized! This phone case is not only super adorable but very functional and protective! Trust me, I drop my phone all day, every day!

Portable Charger: I am the queen of having a dead phone. This is a bad habit that I have become better about recently but let’s face it, nobody’s perfect! If mine isn’t dead, Geoffreys’ is and he always turns to me for my portable charger. Last Christmas, I put one in his stocking but he still uses mine all the time, lol! I have two that I swear by and will link both. The one in my bag currently is great and the only difference between the two, is that the one in my bag can charge an android, etc. while the other only does iPhone. Personally, I always feel safer if my portable charger is with me, you never know!

AirPods/Case: If someone told me a year ago that I would have AirPods and love them, I would have said no way! I boycotted them for so long and I don’t really know why. I think the idea of another Apple product frustrated me but when I received them as a gift, my life was forever changed! I cannot say enough good things about them and when I realized you could purchase cute cases, I was fully into the idea of them. This case is SO fun and I am obsessed with it! It reminds me of my phone cases in middle school. Is anyone else with me?

This Fall, this is ‘What’s In My Bag’! What is a staple in your bag? Do you change your beauty products seasonally? What bag are you currently using? Please share!

Xoxo, Kayla
