I can’t believe it’s already time to round up this month’s beauty favorites, I feel like I just did last month! Time fly’s when you’re having fun trying out all kinds of amazing products!
One | Donna Karen ‘Cashmere Mist Deodorant’ | Oh my goodness. I could talk about this product for days, trust me. I started using this years ago and it was love at first use! After a few repurchases, I stopped using it because of the cost and convenience of getting it. I started using something that I could easily grab at the drugstore and was at a much lower price point. This past fall I saw an ad for the famous deodorant and immediately tried to order it but realized it was unavailable at most retailers. After some intense research, I discovered the rumors of the product being discontinued. I was so upset but determined to get my hands on it. I will randomly get emails from Nordstrom, Ulta, or Sephora saying it’s in stock and within five minutes, it’s sold out! I snagged this one from Nordstrom last month and was over the moon when it arrived in the mail [I was nervous the order would get canceled]. The smell is amazing and the coverage is even better. I sweat a lot and have trouble finding a deodorant that really works. The container lasts a really long time so I say it’s 100% worth the price if you can get your hands on it! [currently sold out]. I will keep y’all posted!
Two | Kate Summerville ‘UncompliKated SPF’ | This has been a holy grail product of mine for many years! I typically break it out at the start of summer and use it through the fall. It’s a setting spray and SPF in one! I love that it’s aerosol, giving you an even application. Sunscreen in the eyes is the worst and I always manage to get it in my eyes, lol [and I feel like once it’s in the eyes, it’s so hard to get out!]. I like this spray because you avoid getting it in your eyes and suffering from that burn! Most products that are similar to this have SPF 25 [or something in that range] and this product is SPF 50! I am ALL about SPF [read my latest skincare blog post here] because the sun is so damaging! The bottle is a good size and lasts me 2-3 months depending on how much I’m in the sun.
Three | Tula ‘Brighten Up Primer’ & Tula ‘Face Filter’ | The Brighten Up primer is GOOD. I highly recommend this for someone with oily skin and/or someone that lives in a hot and humid climate. I use this every summer and it’s a game-changer! I also use the Face Filter during the summer months because it gives you the prettiest bronzy glow!
Four | Clinique ‘Even Better Refresh Foundation’ | I started using this last summer and really enjoyed it. The coverage is good without feeling heavy, especially with the heat. I would say it’s one step up from iT Cosmetics CC cream [another holy grail product of mine]. It’s a hydrating foundation [which I typically stay away from in summer] but doesn’t leave you oily! Highly recommend!
Five | V-Line Lifting Mask | Where are my double chin girls at, lol! These masks are amazing! I was unsure about them at first but they have proved to be great! They connect on your ears and wrap around slightly underneath your chin. They have hyaluronic acid, aloe vera, vitamin e, collagen, and so much more! I have used them a few times and definitely noticed a slight difference in my chin area! I recommend using it prior to an event or special occasion.

Natasha Denona Eyeshadow | So pretty and stays on well all day! The best shimmer shadow!
Nutricentials Here You Glow Toner | I highly recommend this for someone who deals with breakouts and/or oily skin.
Avene Cicalfate | I have used this for years and it’s been saving my dry patches! Extreme hydration!
Retinol Advanced Firming Cream | Retinol body cream? Sign me up! [but really- it works]
With the hot and humid months approaching, my monthly beauty favorites will be geared toward products that help with the joys of the heat, lol. My hair looks like a rainbow troll doll all summer so I will be sharing lots of good products!
