Charcuterie board, yes, please! I love making, serving, and eating charcuterie boards! Lately, I have had such a sweet tooth so I decided to get adventurous with this charcuterie board. I am calling it ‘Hot Chocolate Charcuterie’! I love hot chocolate and like the idea of a ‘topping bar’ so this is perfect! Of course, you have to have Marshmallows when drinking hot chocolate but these toppings made the perfect addition! I added Butterscotch chips, White Chocolate chips, Heath Bar Crunch, and Milk Chocolate covered pretzels as ‘toppings’ for your hot chocolate! The chips melt into the hot chocolate and are also great for snacking. This season, I have been obsessed with Target’s ‘Wondershop’ items so I had to add the Milk Chocolate Butter Toffee Almonds and the Jingle Blend Trail Mix. I always keep candy around the house (I have had roommates love/hate me for this, lol!) so the addition of Ghirardelli Peppermint Bark Squares and Andes Creme de Menthe Chocolates were a must! I find that when I keep candy around the house, I am not as tempted to splurge with sugar because I don’t feel as deprived. Everything is good in moderation! This charcuterie board is perfect for cooler weather and around the holidays.

I purchased all of these items from my local Target and they are available for order pickup! This would be a fun activity to do with family or friends!
