Basic Fall Outfit
Every fall, I find myself wearing a variation of the same outfit every day. We all have that one pair of booties that we can’t live without and our favorite pair of denim. We snapped these photos on our trip to Montana and the views were picture perfect!
This season, I purchased several pairs of Abercrombie jeans and cannot express enough how much I love them. The quality and fit are beyond amazing! I can never find denim that fits me perfectly (they don’t make denim for 5’2 girls, lol) but every pair I have purchased from Abercrombie fits perfectly (sisterhood of the traveling pants vibes!) and they are the only jeans I will wear now! I tend to stock up on good basics that I know will get a lot of use and I have been wearing this Amazon bodysuit non-stop lately! It’s casual but can be dressed up and is available in several colors. I purchased a few things for our trip and when I saw this vest, I knew I needed it! I love pairing basics with a statement piece, like this vest. You can take a simple outfit and jazz it up by adding outerwear. Way back when I worked at J. Crew, and they required me to wear a certain number of pieces while working. If I can remember correctly, I had to wear at least four pieces and I always found it so effortless to throw on a denim jacket or vest! I pair this vest with a fun pair of leather shorts or a simple dress, it’s the perfect addition to any outfit! It sold out really fast but I linked similar vests in the widget below! My booties were a Nordstrom Anniversary Sale find and are sold out but I linked similar pairs. They have been my most worn bootie this season and they are beyond comfortable (I have horrible bunion’s and these don’t bother me) and I have been on the hunt for them in other colors! When I find something I like, I stock up and get my hands on every color made, lol.
Who else has a basic Fall OOTD they wear all season?! I know I’m not the only one! When something works, stick to it!
